Heritage bread flour to start, cold-pressed olive oil and French fleur de sel
for finishing, and a handcrafted wooden board to slice and serve on. The pot
holder and trivet are made from repurposed sari fabric, so no two are
patterned alike.

About the basket: most gift baskets are built around a cheap container that
gets thrown out. This one is handwoven seagrass, made to be the thing that
lasts longest in the box. The handles fold flat, so it goes from gift to
bookshelf, entryway, bathroom, or a picnic table without looking like
packaging. And because it is hand-wrapped in fabric with handles ready to

[Wood Board Care]
- Hand wash with hot soapy water, rinse, and dry immediately with a towel. Do
  not soak or use the dishwasher.
- Store in a dry place, away from extreme heat or humidity.
- Oil the wood occasionally (food-safe board or mineral oil) to keep it from
  drying out or cracking.
- The natural, chemical-free finish may rub off slightly (brown/black) at
  first - this is safe and fades after a few washes.
