Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.
No two designs will be exactly alike giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, unworn item(s) with the original receipt for a prompt refund and exchange.

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. Any item(s) sent back after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and new condition. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
After receiving your return, refunds will be issued in the same form as the initial payment for the cost of the product, less the shipping.
Please allow up to 7 business days for this request to be processed. Your credit will appear after receiving and processing your returned item through our return procedure. Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return.

Note: All sale items and promotional items are final sales. They may not be returned or exchanged. Promo codes cannot be combined or applied to any previous or post purchases.

How do I make a return?

Option 1 : If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account here.

2. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.

3. Open the email sent to your inbox from our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided.

4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

5. Select the order for which you'd like to request a return.

6. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you wish to return.

7. Specify the reason for the return and include any additional notes for our team.

8. Click "Request return".

9. Upon receiving your return request, our team will promptly reach out to you to confirm the return shipping cost. Once you agree to the cost, we will send you the return shipping label via email.

10. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund, which will be issued in the same form as your initial payment for the product, with the deduction of the return shipping cost.



Option 2 : To initiate the return process, please contact us directly via email.

  • 1. To make a return, please email us at hello@korissa.co to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

  • 2. Upon receiving your return request, our team will promptly reach out to you to confirm the return shipping cost. Once you agree to the cost, we will send you the return shipping label via email.

  • 3. After receiving your return, refunds will be issued in the same form as the initial payment for the cost of the product, less the shipping.

Damaged Item (s)

We guarantee the products you purchase from us is high-quality handmade products. In case of any damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s). Refunds will be issued in the same form of the initial payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes and return shipping cost within 14 days after we've received the defective item(s).
